CONTRACTORS | An Architect Explains

A contractor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades and the overall coordination of a building project. A contractor submits an estimate of the project cost and if he is selected, is employed by the client on the advice of the architect, engineer. The contractor studies the contract documents including drawings, project manual,  specifications prepared by the architect and signs a Contract agreement with the client.
